I switched to Smith Propane for my pool heater on a recommendation from my sister because of the terrible customer service we both had with our previous supplier, (of 26 years). When I first called Smith to inquire about getting service set up the lady was very nice and explained everything completely. The new install was scheduled in a timely manner and the tech was prompt and very thorough with the set up and testing. I would recommend Smith Propane to anyone who ask my opinion.
