“You Saved the Day for Me!”

We are always happy to hear what customers think because it lets us know what we’re doing right as well as where we can improve. So we were pleased and proud of our team when we heard from Marcia D. of Monroeville this winter.

She had called us for a delivery, but when we arrived, our truck couldn’t safely make it up the driveway due to icy conditions. She was very low on fuel, so we made a second attempt and were able to fill her tank before the weekend.

“I just want to thank everyone who was involved,” Marcia wrote to us. “I truly appreciate it. You are all wonderful people! You saved the day for me!”

We are always looking for ways to serve you better, but we are glad to know when we’ve done a good job too. So thank you, Marcia!
