Overview
Customers who receive both propane and heating oil from Smith Propane qualify for a 10¢
per gallon account credit on both fuels, once requirements are met.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must use Smith Propane for both propane and heating oil service.
• Minimum annual usage: 500 gallons of heating oil and 150 gallons of propane.
• The 12-month qualifying period begins with the first delivery of either product.
• Must be credit approved.
• Must be on automatic delivery for propane at minimum (monitors must be placed).
• Accounts must remain in good standing (no past-due balances).

Discount Details

• 10¢ per gallon credit applies to both fuels.
• Credit is applied to the account after all conditions are met within the 12-month period.
• All gallons purchased AFTER conditions are met will have the 10¢ per gallon applied as
  credit immediately.
• Not retroactive on past deliveries — applies only to gallons delivered after enrollment.
• Promotions DO stack (Cash price, auto-payment, etc.)

Restrictions

• Offer valid only for residential accounts unless otherwise approved.
• If one fuel service is canceled, the discount ends immediately.
• Usage is reset after 12 months and must meet eligibility again prior to receiving another
  credit.
